Semi-Custom Order Guide

We are excited that you have chosen us to take part on your wedding planning journey! Our goal is to make your experience a seamless worry-free process. We have pre-designed wedding invitation suites that are customizable to fit your wedding’s aesthetics. From paper texture to colour schemes, our semi-custom wedding invitations are designed to be versatile to fit any wedding style.

The Process

Choose your suite | Once you have your wedding details (venue + date), browse through our semi-custom invitation collection to select a suite that best fits your wedding’s aesthetics. Each collection’s customization options may vary. Make sure to read each product description to see its available customizations. Samples are available upon request. Please contact us to order a sample (fees will apply). |

Place your order | Build your suite by selecting a save the date card, invitation, details card, reply card, and embellishments. Add all the wedding items and embellishments to your cart. The full amount must be paid at the time of checkout. Once you have placed your order, within 3 days we will send you a follow up email to acquire your wedding details and confirm the suite design options you have chosen. |

Design & Revisions | Within 7 business days after receiving your details, we will send you a digital proof to approve via email. No physical proof will be mailed to you. ONE complimentary round of revision is included with your order. Any additional changes will incur an additional cost, please see details in our FAQ and our Terms and Conditions. After you give us the final approval of your proofs, the order is sent to the press. Typically digitally printed invitations take about 2 weeks, plus packing and assembly another 2 weeks. |
The Timeline
As a general rule, you should order your semi-custom invitations at least 2 months prior to when you need them at hand.
All digitally printed invitations can take between 4 - 8 weeks of production (allow 5-7 business days for shipping). Some embellishments, assembly, and calligraphy work may add at an additional 1 week to the production time depending on the volume. So, please plan ahead and contact us for guidance.
